This motorcycle in number 130 in the list of creations from Cafe Racer Dreams, a ‘Street Tracker’ with a modern design built on a BMW R100 RS with a striking small headlight and large gas tank. The tank is original with a two-tone, blurred paint job that contrasts with the black matte finish of the other parts and the powder coated motor and rims, for a very contemporary urban look. The hand-crafted two-up seat is from CRD with a brown leather finish that goes beautifully with the rest of the components and the matching Biltwell grips.

The aesthetic has been carefully put together, always with a fine finish and top-of-the-line accessories, including the Highsider indicators and end weights with minimalist lights and rear views from the same brand. As with other customisations, here we have LSL brake fluid reservoirs that have the size and design to be the perfect fit for CRD creations.

Another unique part of this bike is the custom yoke machined from a block of aluminium designed to house the Motoscope tiny instruments from Motogadget and anchoring the 43mm inverted, triple-chamber Showa forks and four calliper radial brakes. These are polished and powder coated, stripped of the side logo for an elegant look. We also have the Bembo brake pump and steel cables, for a much surer touch on the levers. The rear of the machine has a contrasting classic and sober styling with all-black Hagon shock absorbers.

As always, the boxer motor was also rebuilt and updated, in this case fitted with K&N air filters and shorter, more open-ended pipes than the originals. The small front fairing and rear LED light have a retro design with an accessory headlight mounted on the motor guard. And, as has been the case with all the most recent CRD projects, it also includes a GPS to locate the bike at all times.

This is a stylish interpretation of a classic ‘Street Tracker’ by Cafe Racer Dreams; a machine that recalls the modern classics from brands like Triumph or BMW but with its own unique style.
