CRD115 has already changed our workshop for its new owner’s garage. A businessman from Barcelona who, without a doubt, will enjoy all the advantages of this 1980 BMW R100RT, which has become a real treat for our eyes to see

The bike went through the same procedure that we follow with all of our bikes before leaving our workshop. First of all, the guys at our workshop take a 200Km running-in test to make sure that the bike works perfectly.

In many cases, CRDs come from motorcycles with several decades of history, and we dismantle them up all the way to core of the bike. Afterwards we reassemble them with plenty of new parts and modifications. That is why we believe that it is essential to check that everything is assembled correctly.

Once this test is finished, an engineer makes sure that all the modifications are approved by Industry and pass the regulations.

The final step upon departure comes when one of the photographers residents at Cafe Racer Dreams arrives at our headquarters in Madrid to photograph it. In this case it was senior CRD photog, Panci Calvo, who had the chance to document the clean lines and detail of this cafe racer bike.
